Customer Satisfaction

Annually CSS sends out a customer survey encouraging our customer base to let us know how we are doing. We are interested in responses to our application, service, support, market knowledge and professionalism. Over the last 20 years CSS has attained a response rate of 70%. This means that 70% of our customers care enough about the service we provide to take ten minutes to fill out our survey. After the survey is closed, we grade all surveys received. We have obtained a 99% net satisfaction index grading the positive points against the negative points in each survey.

          

While these results are subjective, CSS has worked hard to obtain the same or better numbers each year. This is a long string of successful business years producing many happy and pleased customers.
